Furthermore, a birth certificate and any unofficial academic papers that can help determine a student’s eligibility should also be in the documents.
Health Immunization Records
Students who are Virginia residents must satisfy the state’s immunization requirements by submitting their immunization records. Students can also provide a notarized Commonwealth Virginia Certificate of Religious Exemption filled out by the parent instead of an immunization record.

Undergraduate Certificates
LUOA has 11 undergraduate certificate courses in the dual enrollment program. They earn 18 to 21 college credits and help students determine the correct career path without committing to a full-length degree. If a program meets a student’s academic and career goals, they can use the credits in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
